Many customers tell us they have received bids from competitors in a very wide price range for the same project. What is the difference when the same materials are used and the same amount of time should be required? The price in the middle is likely the best option, giving you a good combination of quality and stability.
The lowest estimate is from a business where the contractor isn't making much of a profit and the chances of it staying around for a long time are slim. The highest estimate usually comes from a business with a marketing budget, a salesperson, additional staffers and subcontractors... who may have subcontractors of their own!
At Trinity Exteriors LLC, we combine all those roles - our project managers are also our salespeople! They will present you with your pricing and options and are fully trained on all the materials we offer. We make sure to educate our customers on what to look for, so you'll know exactly what you're getting and why. That's why people come to us for all-things roofing in Annapolis, MD!

There are usually two main types of roofing: steep-sloped roofing and low sloped or flat roofing. At Trinity Exteriors, we're very experienced in the installation of both types of roofing systems.
Low-sloped is also called flat roofing, though this can be confusing as low-sloped roofing can also mean additional installation procedures and materials for the installation of steep-sloped roofing materials on roofs with lower pitches.
Steep-sloped roofing materials are usually used for residential purposes. These roofing systems are designed to shed water rapidly with no standing water. They are always installed with fasteners. Steep-sloped roofs will last you for decades to come.
We also install commercial roofs, which commonly use flat roofing materials. These materials are designed to withstand slow drainage of rainwater without leaking. Commercial roofing products are generally rolled roofing membranes or sheets that are adhered by tar, asphalt, or glue or are heat welded. Their seams are completely sealed together. Commercial roofing systems can last from 10 to 30 years.
Here at Trinity Exteriors, we are certified GAF and FiberTitle contractors, specializing in those manufacturers' high-quality roofing products.
