"It's been 40 years since I've done any major renovations to my home, but this was probably one of the best experiences that I've ever had in a major remodel. The contractor Adam related to my needs and executed them to the letter, and he also allowed me to make small changes Midway throw my project. The details were precise. He is friendly and courteous and very professional; I also considered my project to be a good value. If I have any future projects, I will check him out first and I highly recommend Trinity Exteriors to any of my friends, our neighbors for anyone looking for a recommendation. He does five-star work."

"Rick and his team were amazing!!! My roof was damaged when I was deployed and replacing it sounded like a major project that I didn’t want to deal with. But Rick put my mind at ease and walked me through the whole process. He reassured me that everything would be fine and made me feel comfortable trusting Trinity Exteriors to install a new roof for me. He even went through all the material that was going to be used, i.e. different barrier shields, deck protectant material, ridge caps, and ventilation for my attic. Not only would this roof qualify for a 15+ yr warranty, but it also lowered my homeowner’s insurance!!

I’ve had my new roof for 2 months and I love it. No leaks and it’s beautiful! And can you believe they did it all in one day?! They tore my roof off in the a.m. and had it completed before 6 p.m. They even replaced any rotten decking they found and applied fascia board wrap for me. I couldn’t be happier. This company is legit and so professional. They cleaned up after themselves, did a full nail sweep of the area before they left, and didn’t damage any of my landscape.

If you’re thinking about getting your roof repaired, you have to use Trinity Exteriors and ask for Rick. He made this process so easy!! And he will always answer his phone or get back to you immediately. Which I think is extremely important when dealing with contractors! Thanks Rick! Love my new roof!"

During this rainy spring, I noticed a small paint discoloration on the ceiling of my second floor bathroom. The spot was wet & cold. I contacted Trinity Exteriors to investigate the issue. Trinity had great reviews on the Thumbtack app & Google.

My roof was aging; I already knew that. I was hoping that I had another year or so before needing to replace it. However, after the investigation Rick and I came to the decision that we should replace before any further issues developed causing more damage. The roof replacement process was seamless and easy. Rick detailed the entire scope of work in the proposal/quote. The roof was replaced within a day and all trash/debris & nails cleaned and hauled away. I would certainly recommend Trinity Exteriors to my neighbors and would contact the company again for any exterior work."

"I own an apartment building in Baltimore but I live in Fort Lauderdale. We decided to re-do the siding for my property, which was built in 1900. The siding has asbestos, which makes it more expensive to replace. Being in Florida, I was concerned about not being able to manage the project onsite, but Adam and his team delivered way above my expectations. From the beginning, Adam answered all my questions patiently and gave me several different quotes to customize to my needs. Adam worked with me with my budget, which I appreciate, given it is a large, expensive job. The actual construction of the siding took 4ish days and it was very uneventful/smooth, which was great. I have a fully leased building and was worried about doing such a big project. However, none of my tenants mentioned a thing! Adam’s team just showed up, did the job, cleaned up and I have a brand new looking house. I sent my agent to check on the job and she is very impressed by the quality of the job. I will hire Adam again for all my siding and roofing needs. 10/10 would recommend."
